关于胸外科护理人员对肿瘤患者护理知识技能掌握及认知态度的调查

目的探讨胸外科护理人员对肿瘤患者护理知识技能的掌握情况及认知态度现状，并提出相应解决对策。方法选择2010年12月至2012年12月5家医院150名胸外科护理人员作为研究对象．采用自制调查表对其在肿瘤患者临床护理过程中对癌痛护理、死亡教育、心理护理、健康宣教等知识的掌握情况及认知态度进行调查。结果所有护理人员对肿瘤患者临床护理过程中对健康教育知识掌握情况相对较好，对死亡教育相关知识的掌握程度较低．5家医院的护理人员在疼痛护理和心理护理知识技能的掌握程度比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论通过调查胸外科护理人员对肿瘤患者临床护理知识技能的掌握情况及认知态度现状，并根据调查结果针对性地进行理论以及实践培训，可以在一定程度上提高胸外科护理人员对肿瘤患者临床护理知识的认知度，提高临床护理的质量。

Investigation on cognition status of nursing to cancer patients of nurses in department of thoracic surgery and its coun- termeasures

Objective To explore the cognition status of nursing knowledge and skills to tumor patients of nurses in de- partment of thoracic surgery,and to propose the corresponding solutions. Methods A total of 150 nurses in department of tho- racic surgery from 5 hospitals from December 2010 to December 2012 were taken as research objects. Self-designed questionnaire was adopted among the tumor patients in the process of clinical nursing to investigate the cognitive status of paining nursing, death education ,psychological nursing,health education and so on. Results All nurses had good mastery of health education knowledge to tumor patients in the process of clinical nursing ,but the mastery of death education was low. The difference of nurses from 5 hospitals on the mastery of knowledge and skills of pain nursing and psychological nursing had statistical significance （P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Through the investigation of cognition status among nurses in department of thoracic surgery of clinical nursing knowledge to tumor patients ,the resuhs show that practical and theoretical training can increase the cognition degree of clinical nursing knowledge to tumor patients among nurses in department of thoracic surgery to a certain extent, and improve the quality of clinical nursing to tumor patients.
