| 摘 要： | 目的观察大剂量舒血宁（银杏叶提取物）治疗血管性痴呆的疗效。方法选择符合诊断标准的血管性痴呆患者100例。随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组给予大剂量舒血宁注射液治疗。对照组给予常规输液治疗。治疗前后应用MMSE量表和Barthel指数分别进行评分对比。结果3个疗程结束后治疗组各项观察指数较对照组明显提高，两组差异明显（P〈0．05）。结论大剂量舒血宁治疗血管性痴呆效果明显。

| Abstract: | objective:To observation of the clinic curative effect of Gingko Biloba Extract on vascular dementia(VD).Methods:100 paitents choosed with VD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group respectively treated with Gingko Biloba Extract and normal treatment.Barthel indexes and MMSE indexes were carried out before and after treatment.Results:After treatment clinic function indexes in treatment group were improved singnificantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Gingko Biloba Extract is effective drugs in treating patients with VD. |
