| 摘 要： | 目的探讨及评价抗生素联合非那雄胺选择性治疗炎症性血精症的有效性。方法选择炎症性血精症50例,随机分2组;其中28例联合用药组采用抗生素联合非那雄胺治疗3个月,22例对照组仅用抗生素治疗3个月。结果联合用药组26例血精消失(26/28,92.9%),对照组15例血精消失(15/22,68.2%),两组比较差异有显著性。对照组中7例血精复发,加用非那雄胺治疗3个月后,5例血精消失(5/7,71.4%)。结论血精症主要是下尿路生殖道的炎症,尤其是精囊和前列腺炎引起,联合抗生素和非那雄胺治疗是治疗炎症性血精症的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss and evaluate the efficiency of Finasteride combined with antibiotics in treating inflammatory hemospermia.Methods 50 cases of inflammatory hemospermia were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(n=28) was treated with Finasteride combined with antibiotic for 3 months,while the control group (n=22) was treated only with antibiotics for 3 months.Results Hemospermia disappeared in 26 cases of experiment group(26/28,92.9%) and in 15 cases of control group(15/22,68.2%),with significant difference.In control group 7 cases experienced recurrence of hemospermia,of whom hemospermia disappeared in 5 cases after treatment with finasteride(5/7,71.4%).Conclusions Hemospermia is mainly caused by lower urinary tract infection,especially by vesiculitis and prostatitis,which can be treated effectively with finasteride combined with antibiotics. |
