| 摘 要： | 113例以显微外科技术修复的各种伤因所致正中、尺、桡神经断伤得到随访,其优良率分别为73.5％、72.1％及88.9％,总优良率为74.6％。显微技术的应用,使疗效从60％～65％提高到65％～82％。束膜缝合与外膜缝合孰优孰差尚难有定论。创伤性质重、修复时间晚及张力下吻合是疗效不佳的重要因素。对于多长缺损允许直接吻接,多长缺损需作移植和内在肌功能重建时机选择等问题,本文加以着重讨论。
