冠心病并发症三级康复预防的实施与长期指导

目的：探讨有并发症冠心病患三级康复预防的实施与长期指导的效果。方法：48例有并发症冠心病患随机分为两组：观察组34例,依照冠心病三级康复预防要求,进行积极治疗,控制冠心病危险因素（包括卫生宣教,心理康复,运动治疗等）并予长期指导,定期复查;对照组14例,仍作常规治疗,不定期随诊。结果：较之对照组,观察组病情相对稳定显增加（70．6％）,再住院显减少（44％）,死亡显减少（17．7％）,P均＜0．01,差异非常 显,观察组射血分数,运动贮量治疗后显增加（P＜0．05）,而对照组无改善。结论：冠心病三级康复预防对改善有并发症冠心病患的疾病状况,提高生活质量,减少死亡,效果显。

The study of third grade rehabilitation prevention and long|term guide in CHDpatients with complication

Objective:To study the efficacy of 3rd grade rehabilitation prevention and long|term guide in coronary heart disease(CHD) patients with complication. Methods:Forty|eight CHD patients with complication were divided into a groups randomly.Observation group(34 cases) was treated by 3rd grade rehabilitation prevention methods and long|term guide, including health education,clinical therapy,correction of CHD risk factor,exercise therapy.Control group(14 cases) was treated by routine therapy.Results:Patients with stable patient's condition striking increased(70 6%),re|hospitalization patients decreased significantly(44%),died rate also decreased significantly(17%)( P <0 01 all) in observation group,compared with control group.Ejection fraction and exercise capacity striking increased after therapy( P< 0 05),but those of control group didn't have significant change.Conclusion:Third grade rehabilitation prevention and long|term guide are more effective in CHD patients with complication.
