肺结核合并糖尿病68例临床特征和疗效分析

目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病的临床特点及控制血糖对疗效的影响．方法收集2002年1月至2008年1月在我中心住院确诊为肺结核合并糖尿病的68例患者的临床资料，与同期收治的135例单纯肺结核患者的临床资料进行比较分析．结果肺结核合并糖尿病组咯血症状明显，空洞形成率高，痰集菌阳性率高．肺结核疗效（病灶吸收率、空洞闭合率、痰菌阴转率）：单纯肺结核组高于肺结核合并糖尿病（P〈0．05）；单纯肺结核组高于血糖控制良好组（P〈0．05）；血糖控制良好组高于血糖控制差组（P〈0．05），其疗效依赖于对血糖的控制．结论糖尿病合并肺结核有其自身的临床特征，其抗痨结局更多的依赖于血糖的控制．
