高原地区人胎儿脊柱的生长发育

摘    要:本文用X线摄片的方法,对西宁地区胎龄为17—36周的60例胎儿脊柱的骨化及生长动态进行了研究。结果:1、提供了高原地区人胎儿脊柱长轴生长发育的资料。脊柱各段以胸段为最长,其次为腰、颈、骶段。2、计算出胎龄与脊柱各段长度间的回归方程,据此可以胎龄推算脊柱的长度,反之亦可以脊柱的长度估计胎龄。3、报道了颈、骶、尾段亿发骨化点出现顺序的规律。

Abstract:The ossification and development of the spinal column in 60 unsexed fetuses at the plateau were studied with radiographic method in this article. Fetal-age ranged from 17-36 weeks were divided into 5 groups. The results were as follows:1. A series of data of longitudinal growth of spinal column at the plateau were provided. The total length of the thoracic region is always the longest, and the sacral region is always the shortest. The lumbar is always longer than the cervical region.2.The regression equations of relation between fetal-age and length of various region of spinal column were obtained. It is possible to estimate the length of various regions of spinal column in the light of fetal-age and vice versa.3. The sequence of development of the primary ossification centres in cervical. sacral and coccygeal region were provided. It will be useful to determine the fetal-age.
