| 摘 要： | 本文对单纯间日疟低度流行不稳定疟区的尤溪县38年统计资料进行了分析。提出并讨论了发病高峰、季节变动、地区分布、年龄性别构成、职业构成,主要症状特点、初诊与确诊关系、流动人口与传疟关系和传疟媒介等方面的特点。这对制定疟疾后期监测与管理方法和技术措施,以实现基本消灭疟疾的目标有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Statistical data of 38 years'malaria tertianwere analysed in low degree epidemic shaky mala-rial district of Youxi.The article put forward anddiscussed peak of disease come on,season changes,area distribution,constitution of age,sex and occu-pation,characteristic of main symptom,relation offirst and subsequent visit,relation of floating pop-ulation and spread of malaria and characteristic ofvector,etc,There are some reference value in layi-ng down late stage monitor of malaria,method ofmanage,technical measure and to achieve abjectiveof basic perish malaria. |
