胎肝再生刺激因子治疗小鼠中毒性肝坏死的实验观察

摘    要:O’Neill等用鼠胎肝细胞体外培养上清液和肝切除后的再生性胞质液治疗大鼠急性肝衰竭获得满意的效果,说明增生的肝细胞对损伤肝有保护和治疗作用。断乳鼠及人胎肝提取液都含有丰富肝再生刺激因子(Hepatic stimulator sub-stance,HSS)可启动肝细胞的再生。为探讨其应用价值,我们用四氯化碳(CCI_4)复制小鼠中毒性肝坏死模型,观察HSS对鼠死亡率,血清酶及组织学的影响,以评价其对损伤肝的治疗作用。

Abstract:Hepatic stimulator substance (HSS), extracted from human fetal liver aged from 4 to 6.5 months, was injected into the mice to prove the therapeutic function for the toxic hepatic necrosis induced by CC14. The results indicated that HSS could obviously reduce the mortality (0%/24%, P<0.05) and made the ALT increased to restore to normal level in a short time. Histological findings showed HSS could prevent the degenerative necrosis caused by CC14 from developing and promote the regeneration of the liver cell. The therapeutic effect of HSS might be related to the protective effect for the liver cell and the stimulation of the synthesis of cell DNA.
