建立具有中国特色的、符合社会主义市场经济体制的医疗机构的改革思路与对策

作为卫生体制微观运行主体的医疗机构,其改革不仅面临自身内部运行机制的完善,也涉及宏观和中观运行环境的相应变革。因此,医疗机构的改革思路应该是:紧紧围绕制度创新,实现三个机制改革,即医疗机构的补偿机制、宏观调控机制和医疗机构内部管理运行机制的改革,使医疗机构发展符合社会主义市场经济体制的需要,符合保障人民健康的需要。
