摘    要:目的评价大鼠胎脑神经细胞与几丁质多孔体、胶原蛋白海绵及明胶海绵的细胞相容性,为中枢神经组织工程材料的选择提供实验依据.方法将大鼠胎脑神经细胞分别与几丁质多孔体、胶原蛋白海绵及明胶海绵联合体外培养,进行光、电镜观察,并测定3种材料与细胞的吸附率. 结果神经细胞均能在 3种材料上贴附并生长,细胞吸附率分别为31.54% ,30.58%和 15.54%,并且几丁质有促进细胞生长的作用. 结论几丁质、胶原蛋白及明胶3种材料,尤其是几丁质,具有良好的神经细胞相容性,有可能作为神经系统组织工程的载体应用于临床.

Abstract:AIM:To evaluate the cellular compatibility of rat fetal neuron with chitin polyporous carrier,collagen and glutin sponge,and to provide experimental evidence for material selection in central nervous tissue engineering. METHODS:Rats' neurons were co-cultured with chitin multiporous carrier,collagen and glutin sponge in vitro.Light microscope and electronic microscope morphymetry were utilized and the attachment rate of those three different materials were determined. RESULTS:Neurons could attach well to all these three materials, their attachment rates being 31.54% , 30.58% and 15.54% ,respectively.Moreover,cell growth could be greatly facilitated by chitin. CONCLUSION: Materials made of chitin,collagen and glutin, especially chitin,show a fairly good biocompatibility and are promising nervous system tissue engineering materials for further clinical application.
