| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨辅助生殖技术中发生卵巢过度刺激综合征(Ovary Hyperstimulation Syndrome，OFtSS)的护理措施。方法 分析体外受精-胚胎移植(1VF—FT)周期中21例OHSS患者的护理措施。结果 21例OHSS患者中，轻度为4例，中度15例，重度2例，治疗护理后均获得痊愈。结论 对OHSS预防是关键，对于中、重度的OHSS患者要注意体位、饮食护理及病情观察，特别是药物治疗的用药原则。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the nursing procedures of Ovary Hyperstimulation Syndromes,(OHSS) in assistant reproductive technique. Methods Analyze the nursing methods and results of 21 patients with OHSS undergoing IVF-ET cycle.Result According to clinical symptoms ,total 21 patients were divided into light(4 patients),medium(15 patients),severe(2 patients)groups respectively.All patients recovered after treatment.Conclusion Prevention is the key factor to OHSS treatment .For medium and severe cases,more attention must be paid to the nursing of posture,diet and changes of symptoms,especially for the principle of drug treatment.. |
