食管内支架治疗恶性食管狭窄附8例临床分析

目的：用食管内支架治疗恶性食管狭窄。方法：对８例食管癌患者分别置入ＷＡＬＬＳＴＥＮＴ，ＳＴＲＥＣＫＥＲ ＳＴＥＮＴ及Ｚ－ＳＴＥＮＴ，共１０个支架。先用导丝探索通过狭窄段，经球囊扩张后置放支架。

Self-expanding stent in the treatment of malignant esophageal strictures: Study of 8 cases

AIM: To treat malignant esophageal strictures with self-expanding stems. METHODS: A total of ten Wallstems, strecker stems and Z-stems were used to treat 8 patients with malignant esophageal strictures. 5 complete obstruction of esophagus and 3 serious stenosis. When the guldlug wire passed the strictures of the esophagus. esophagealballoon was used to dialate the stenosis and then a stent withthe stent tansport system was placed. RESUI.TS: The selfexpanding stems were successfully placed in all the 8 patients. The follow--up study (3 cases for 1 year. I for 8months and 1 for 6 months showed that the results weresatisfactory and the patients could swallow without difficulty, 2 cases had esophagostenosis again 6 months after thefirst placement and a second placement achieved satisfactoryresult. CONCLUSION: The treatment of esophageal strictures with self--expanding stent is safe, good in effect and hasless complication.
