产时支持系统对初产妇分娩的影响

目的探讨在产程中实施支持系统对初产妇分娩的影响。方法将204例初产妇随机分为2组：观察组实施产时支持系统,对孕产妇进行生理、心理、体力等全面支持;对照组按常规进行产程观察。结果观察组产妇在产程中运用支持系统能稳定产妇心理状态、缓解产时疼痛、缩短产程,并且提高了产妇在产程中的舒适度、满意度及产科质量,与对照组相比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论产时实施支持系统能更多地满足产妇的心理需求和服务需求,是一种更人性化的新型的分娩服务模式,真正体现了“以人为本”的护理宗旨,提高了产科质量。

Influence of support system on delivery of primipara during the labor

Objective To explore the influence of support system on delivery of primipara during the labor.Methods 204 primiparas were randomly divided into two groups.In the observation group,the support system was implemented during the labor,and the whole support including the physiological,mental and physical supports were given the primiparas.In the control group,the labor observation was carried out routinely.Results Applying the support system in the pregnant women of the observation group could stabilize the mental state,mitigate the pain when delivery,shorten the labor,and improve the comfort degree,satisfaction degree and the quality of obstetrics department during the labor.There was a statistical meaning compared to the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Applying the support system during the labor can meet the mental requirement and the service requirement.It is a more humanized and new delivery model,embodying the ＂human oriented＂ nursing tenet and improving the quality of obstetrics department.
