| 摘 要： | 目的比较抑郁患者、冠心病患者、抑郁合并冠心病患者的超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）值。方法分析2006年7月～2007年2月邵逸夫医院健康成人组、抑郁患者组、冠心病不伴抑郁患者组和冠心病伴抑郁患者组的相关资料及hsCRP值，计算每两组间hsCRP值的统计学差异。结果2006年7月～2007年2月共收集冠心病患者48例，其中8例合并抑郁，冠心病伴抑郁患者的hsCRP值较冠心病不伴抑郁患者明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论冠心病伴抑郁患者的hsCRP值较冠心病不伴抑郁患者明显升高，应重视对冠心病合并抑郁患者的诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of depression on the hypersensitive C reaction protein（hsCRP） value in coronary heart disease. Methods We collected the hsCRP value of depressed patients （ Group B）, coronary heart disease patients （ Group C ）, the patients with both diseases（Group D）and normal people（Group A）in Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital from July 2006 to Feb.2007,and then compared the statistic significance between every two groups. Results There were 8（ 16.7% ） patients accompanied with depression out of 48 patients with coronary heart disease. We found that the hsCRP value of（Group D）was higher than that of Group C（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Depression will raise the hsCRP value of coronary heart disease patients. Thus we should pay more attention to the effect of depression in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease patients who are accompanied with depression. |
