盐酸奈福泮在玻璃体切除术中镇痛效果的观察及护理

[目的]研究盐酸奈福泮在玻璃体切除术中辅助镇痛效果.[方法]选择行玻璃体切除病人60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组术前20 min肌肉注射盐酸奈福泮2 mg,对照组肌肉注射等量生理盐水.分别于手术开始、30 min、手术结束、术后2 h、4 h、6 h观察病人疼痛程度、术后病人舒适度及满意度.[结果]实验组术中及术后疼痛评分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后舒适度及满意度显著提高.[结论]盐酸奈福泮能减轻玻璃体切除病人术中、术后疼痛,有利于提高病人舒适度及满意度.

Observation on analgesia effect of nefopam hydrochloride for patients undergoing vitrectomy and nursing care of them

Objective:To study the assisted analgesia effect of nefopam hydrochloride for patients undergoing vitrectomy.Methods:A total of 60 patients undergoing vitrectomy were randomly selected and divided into test and control group.Patients of test group were given intramuscular injection 2 ml of nefopam hydrochloride at 20 minutes before operation.Patients of control group were just given the same amount of normal saline 20 minutes before operation.The pain degree,postoperative comfortable degree and satisfaction of patients were observed respectively at the beginning of operation,30 min,at the end of operation,and at 2 h,4 h,6 h after operation.Results:Compared with control group cases,there were statistical significant differences in terms of intraoperative and postoperative pain scorings in test group patients(P<0.05).Postoperative comfortable degree and satisfaction degree of test group cases were enhanced significantly.Conclusion:Nefopam hydrochloride can relieve pain of patients undergoing vitrectomy during and after operation,which is profit for enhancing comfortable degree and satisfaction degree of patients.
