| 摘 要： | 1975～1989年间我科收治小儿胸部损伤33例,其中男27例,女6例,平均年龄9. 6岁。本组开放伤14例,闭合伤19例,有血气胸26例,肋骨折8例,胸内金属异物存留6例。合并颅脑损伤9例,腹部损伤2例,胸椎骨折1例及失血性休克4例。结果治愈28例(84.8％),死亡2例(6.7％),另3例胸内异物未摘除,病情好转(8.5％)出院观察。本文重点讨论了小儿胸部损伤的病情判断,剖胸探查的指征及胸内异物的处理原则。

| Abstract: | From 1975 through 1989, 33 cases of chest injuries in children were treated at our ins-titution. There were 27 males and 6 females, and the average age was 9.6 years. In this series of 33 patients, 26 patients had pneumohemothorax, 8 patients had rib fractures and 6 patients were complicated with foreign body in the thoracic cavity. Other couco-mitant injuries were: craniocerebral injuries 9, abdominal iniuries 2 and fractures of vertebral column 1. Of these 33 cases, 31 survived and 2 died, with a mortality of 6.7%. In this paper, the judgement of the chest injuries, the indication for thoracotomy and the management of the intrathoracic foreign body had wore discussed. |
