| 摘 要： | 目的：评价我院《进一步加强抗菌药物临床应用的管理通知》的实施情况。方法：采用回顾性调查方法,按《进一步加强抗菌药物临床应用的管理通知》中我院外科常见的4种手术部位（腹外疝手术、骨科手术、阑尾手术、妇产科手术）随机抽取2008年1～6月（干预前）与2008年7～12月（干预后）出院病历资料各50份（共400份）,对围术期预防用药进行统计、分析。结果：干预后我院外科围术期预防用药率减少4.5%,联合用药率减少28.5%,合理用药率增加55.5%。结论：我院外科围术期预防用抗菌药物渐趋合理,但仍需进一步提高合理用药水平。
