摘    要:目的:为探讨急性脑缺血后出现性功能障碍的机理,方法:应用蒙古沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注模型,对脑隔-视前区内性功能调节相关神经元米镜和电镜下的病理组织学和超微结构改变进行了观察。结果:短时急性脑缺血再灌注造成的神经元密度和亚细胞水平的细胞变化是暂时的,可在2周内恢复。当脑缺血达10分钟再灌注后神经元损害加重,且在2周后尚未恢复,损害主要为膜结构如线粒体、内质网等破坏。结论:神经元损伤程度与缺血时间及再灌注

Abstract:To explore the potential mechanism of disorders of sexual function following scute cerebral ischemia, Mongolian gerbils were used as animal models for postischemic recirculation. The mor-phological changes of the neurons in the septo-preoptic region were observed by light and electron microscopy. The results showed that changes in density and structure were of no statistical sig-nificance and ultrastructural changes of neurons were reversible recirculation within five minutes of cerebral ischemia. There was significant decrease in density, and neurons were seriously dam-aged after ten minutes of cerebral ischemia. These changes were mainly seen in membrane struc-tures , such as mitochondria and rough endoplasmic reticulum. The results showed the degree of damage was closely related to the time of ischemia and the time of recirculation. These histopathological changes provided an important morphological basis for changes of sexual func-tion.
