| 摘 要： | 目的 总结支架结合弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤的技巧及结果.方法 采用支架结合弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内宽颈动脉瘤20例.结果 栓塞程度:致密柃塞15例,栓塞90%以上3例,90%以下2例.术中出血2例,1例死亡.结论 采用支架结合弹簧圈可以明显提高颅内宽颈动脉瘤的致密栓塞率.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the skills and outcomes of the combined application of a self-expanding neurovascular stent system and detachable coils in the management of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms.Methods Twenty cases of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms were endovascularly embolized using self-expanding stent combined with Guglielmi detachable coil(GDC).Results Total occlusion was achieved in 15 aneurysms(75%),over 90% in 3 aneurysms(15%),and less than 90% in 2 aneurysms(10%).Complications occurred as f... |
