不同年龄段儿童口腔健康情况及影响因素分析研究

目的探讨不同年龄段儿童的口腔健康情况，并对其相关因素进行研究分析。方法选取我区1155名儿童为研究对象，将其按年龄分为三组，〈6岁的儿童385名为A组，6～10岁的儿童380名为B组，〉10岁的儿童390名为C组，分别对其口腔健康情况及其口腔相关知识知晓率及卫生习惯等进行调查分析，并将结果加以研究比较。结果经研究调查发现．三组患者的龋齿、牙龈炎、牙周炎、软垢、牙石及口腔溃疡情况发病率随年龄呈上升趋势，A组与B组及c组比较，P均〈0．05，有显著性差异；而B组与C组比较，P〉0．05，无显著性差异；A组相关知识知晓率及卫生习惯差于B组及C组，P均〈0．05，而B组与c组比较，P均〈0．05。结论不同年龄段儿童的口腔健康情况与其相关知识知晓率及卫生习惯等有着紧密的关系，应注意加强此方面的宣教。

The Study of Oral Health and Influencing Factors of Different-aged Children

Objective To study the oral health and of different-aged children,and the influencing factors are studied too. Methods 1155 cases children in our area were selected as research objective, and were divided three groups, 385 cases who were 〈6-year-old were A group, 380 cases who were 6~10 years old were B group,and 390 cases who were 〉10-year-old were C group.Then the oral health,Oral-related knowledge awareness and oral hygiene were investigated,and the results were compared. Results After the comparison,the incidence of caries, gingivits, periodontitis, debris, calculys and oral ulcer of the three groups were increasing with the age, the results of A group were higher than those of B group and C group,P〈0.05 ,there were significant differences, the results of B group were compared with C group,P〉0.05, there were no significant differences. Oral-related knowledge awareness and oral hygiene of A group were lower than those of B group and C group,P〈0.05 ,the results of B group were compared with C group,P〈0.05 ,there were significant differences. Conclusion There are close relationship between the oral health and Oral-related knowledge awareness and oral hygiene, and we should pay attention to the it.
