核素输卵管功能显像对输卵管梗阻的诊断

目的探讨不孕症患者输卵管在生殖生理功能中的主动运动.方法将99mTc标记的卵子大小的人血浆白蛋白颗粒显像剂无压注入80例临床诊断为输卵管性不孕症患者的宫腔,观察输卵管主动运动功能,以鉴别输卵管主动运动功能梗阻或机械性梗阻.结果80例160根输卵管主动运动功能正常者27根(16.9%),明显不畅者83根(51.9%),梗阻者50根(31.3%).对具有随访条件的36例72根输卵管进行了检查后的情况词查,有17例34根(47.2%)输卵管已妊娠,其中运动功能显像正常者21根(61.8%),异常者13根(38.2%).对34根输卵管均在该检查后同时进行加压通液实验,以除外机械性梗阻,其中证实机械性通畅正常者30根(88.2%),异常者4根(11.8%).结论核素输卵管功能显像对不孕症患者输卵管的运动功能提供了一种安全、可靠的诊断方法.

The diagnosis of fallopian tube obstruction with salpingoradionuclide scintigraphy

Objective To investigate the active motion of fallopian tube on reproduction physiological function in infertility patients.Methods In order to observe the active motion capacity of fallopian tube and identify the obstruction type,iodinated 99m Tc plasma albumin was injected into uterine cavity in 80 patients with oviducal infertility.Results Of 160 fallopian tubes (80 patients),27(16.9%) were normal,83(51.9%) were not smooth,and 50( 31.3 %) were completely obstructed.After diagnosis,72 fallopian tubes (36 patients) were followed up 34 (17 patients,47.2%) fell pregnant,among which,21(61.8%) were normal and 13(38.2%) were abnormal.Of those 34 fallopian tubes,4(11.8%) were mechanical obstruction and others were normal.Conclusions Salpingoradionuclide scintigraphy is a safe and reliable diagnostic method of oviducal function in infertility.
