| 摘 要： | 目的：观察凯时注射液治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法：41例椎基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为凯时治疗组（20例）和低分子右旋糖酐加复方丹参注射液对照组（21例）。结果：治疗组治疗显效率（65．0％）明显高于对照组显效率（14．3％），治疗组有效率（100％）高于对照组有效率（76．2％）。结论：应用凯时治疗椎基底动脉供血不足疗效显著，值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective; To study the value of Kai Shi(prostaglandin El) injection in treatmenrt of Vertibro basilar artery insufficiency (VBI). Methods: 41 patients of VBI were randomly divided into two groups: Kai Shi therapy group (20 patients) and control group (21patients). Results: The evident effective rate of therapy group (65.0%) was obviously higher than that of control group (14.3%), the effective rate of therapy group (100%) was higher than that of control group (76.2%). Conclusion: The curative effect of Kai Shi in treatment of VBI was remarkable. |
