慢性咳嗽72例临床分析

目的分析慢性咳嗽的病因诊断及治疗。方法对72例慢性咳嗽患者详细询问病史,认真体格检查及进行相关的辅助检查如X线胸片、肺功能、支气管激发试验、支气管舒张试验、嗜酸粒细胞检查、24h食管pH值监测、诱导痰细胞分类等检查,根据临床表现、检查结果等明确诊断及针对病因治疗。结果 72例慢性咳嗽患者中,咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)48例(66.7%),鼻后滴漏综合征(PNDS)8例(11.1%),胃食管反流性咳嗽(GERC)7例(9.7%),感染后咳嗽(PIC)3例(4.2%),血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)类药物诱导的药物性咳嗽2例(2.8%),嗜酸粒细胞性支气管炎(EB)2例(2.8%),病因不明者2例(2.8%)。72例患者经特异性治疗后,66例(91.7%)患者咳嗽得到控制,6例(8.3%)患者咳嗽部分缓解。结论慢性咳嗽的病因复杂,但以CVA多见,针对病因治疗疗效满意。

Clinical analysis of 72 cases with chronic cough
