农村肺结核病病人心理健康状况调查分析

目的分析农村肺结核病病人心理状况,为针对性地对农村肺结核病病人进行心理干预提供依据。方法以沂水县纳入管理的农村肺结核病病人130例为研究组,以同期健康志愿者90例为对照组,对两组进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)的问卷调查,采用SPSS 13.0软件对各项指标进行统计分析。结果研究组SCL-90阳性项目总分高于常模和对照组,差异有显著性(t=3.44、2.90,P<0.01)。研究组病情的严重程度、患病时间长短、生活状况对心理健康状态的影响存在显著性差异(t=1.87~5.39,P<0.05、0.01)。结论农村肺结核病病人心理健康状况与病情严重程度、患病时间长短及生活状况等因素有相关性。

AN ANALYSIS OF MENTAL STATUS OF RURAL PATIENTS WITH PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

Objective To analyze the mental status of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB) in rural area in order to provide evidence for mental intervention.Methods This study consisted of 130 PTB patients of Yishui county and 90 healthy volunteers served as controls.A questionnaire of Symptom Checklist(SCL-90) was applied.The data obtained were analyzed using the t-test method of SPSS 13.0 software.Results The total score of positive items of the PTB patients was significantly higher than that of the volunteers(t=3.44,2.90;P<0.01).The mental status of the patients significantly different from each others,which was influenced by the differences of the severity and duration of the disease,as well as the living condition(t=1.87-5.39;P<0.05,0.01).Conclusion The mental status of PTB patients in rural area is related to the severity,duration of the disease,and their living condition.
