| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨影响住院精神分裂症患依从性的有关因素，提出相应干预措施，以改善患的依从性。方法：随机抽取100例缓解期或残留期住院精神分裂症患。采用自拟调查问卷及N—BPRS对患有关临床资料进行调查。结果：影响缓解期或残留期住院精神分裂症患依从性的主要因素有：年龄、化程度、婚姻、病人病情、药物剂量、药物副反应、护士服务质量、护患关系、健康教育方式等。结论：控制病情、减少药物副反应、提高服务质量、改善护患关系、采用有效的健康教育方式是提高住院精神分裂症患依从性的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effects of compliance in schizophrenic in patients.Methods: 100 remitled or residual schizophrenic in patients were randomly assigned to study group,all subjects were assessed with a self-dessign ivestigation scale and the Nurse-Breif Psychiatric Rating Scale( N - BPRS) . Results: The main factors of compliance in all subjects: age, culture, marriage, mental symptoms,dosage of anti-psychotic drugs, nurse' s attitude, relationship between patient and nurse, mental health education et al. Conclusions: The effective means of improving compliance in schizophrenic inpatients: effective treatment, redusing side effect, improving nurse's attitude,developing relationship between patient and nurse,effective mental health education. |
