| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不育和不良孕育史者与细胞遗传学的关系。方法通过6217例不育、不良孕育史者的外周血,应用G,C带显带技术进行染色体核型分析。结果查出染色体异常核型670例,异常检出率为10.7%,主要包括Klinefelter综合征282例、大Y37例、inv（9）31例、45,X0,68例、易位77例、Turner综合征68例。结论染色体异常是不育、不良孕育的重要病因,细胞遗传学检查对临床诊断具有决定性意义,可避免不必要的盲目诊治。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the relationship between infertil and abnormal pregnancy with cytogenetics. Methods： Pe- ripheral blood in 6217 couples with infertil and bedness pregnancy were analyzed by chromosome G banding and C banding methods. Results： Among 6217cases there were 670 cases with abnormal karyotypes （ 10. 7% ） , Including 282 cases of 47, XXY, 37 cases of Yqh ＋ , 31 cases of inv （9）, 68 cases of 45, X0, 77 cases of Inversion , Conclusion： Chromosomal Abnormalities is an important cause in fertil and badness pregnancy . Genetic counseling of infertil and badness pregnancy couples is not only useful diagnosis and also avoid blindness therapy, |
