| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方甘草酸苷（美能）治疗儿童过敏性紫癜的疗效。方法：将118例患儿随机分成治疗组60例、对照组58例,分别给予复方甘草酸苷＋10%葡萄糖酸钙＋维生素C和10%葡萄糖酸钙＋维生素C治疗,治疗2周后比较疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率91.67%,明显高于对照组的65.52%（P〈0.05）。结论：临床上用复方甘草酸苷治疗儿童过敏性紫癜。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the curovtive effect of compound glyoyrrhizin for anaphylactoid purpura of child.Methods：Total of 118 patients were enrolled 60 were treated with compound glyoyrrhizin＋10%calciun gluconate＋vit-C and 58 were treated with 10% calciun gluconate＋vit-C curative effects were compared between the tow group after 2 weeks treatment.Results：The total effective rate in the treatment group was 91.67% significantly higher than 65.52% in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：We can make compound glyoyrrhizin for anaphylactoid purpura of child. |
