摘    要:如何又好又快地推进大型综合性医院筹备工作,关键是要通过管理,尤其是要建设具有现代医院筹备特色和高附加值的管理文化,形成合理的筹备工作管理机制,更好地推进项目筹备工作。建设筹备特色文化是指文化建设在不脱离未来医院发展需要的基础上,满足医院筹备工作不同阶段发展特点的需要并指导筹备工作;高附加值是要通过管理文化建设,提升筹备工作的效率和效益,为未来医院发展带来直接和间接的社会效益和经济效益。本文通过介绍深圳市滨海医院筹备工作中的管理文化理念和措施,旨在探讨构建适合现代化大型综合性医院的筹备工作的管理文化。

Discussion on culture management of large scale general hospital in preparatory time

Abstract:The key factor of fast and healthy promoting large scale general hospital preparatory is to build modern hospital preparatory characteristics with high value added management culture and to shape a reasonable preparatory management mechanism. Modern hospital preparatory culture means the culture should match the needs of hospital preparatory in different stage and can guide hospital preparatory. Meanwhile, it also should tally with hospital future development. High value added culture means preparatory work should be efficiency and effective and bring direct or indirect social and economic benefits for hospital future development through hospital management culture construction. Management culture and measures in hospital preparatory time in Shenzhen Binhai Hospital were introduced to explore the appropriate hospital management culture in preparatory time.
