| 摘 要： | 目的观察灯盏花素对冠心病患者血糖、胰岛素和血脂的影响。方法将80例冠心病患者分为灯盏花素(粉针剂)治疗组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组)。灯盏花素(粉针剂)治疗组在常规治疗的基础上静脉滴注灯盏花素4周,治疗前后测定血糖、胰岛素和血脂。结果灯盏花素治疗组治疗前后胰岛素敏感指数差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论灯盏花素可改善胰岛素抵抗,对防治有胰岛素抵抗因素存在的疾病有很大的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of dengzhanhuasu on blood glucose,insulin and blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Eighty cases of CHD were randomly divided into the dengzhanhuasu group and the control group treated conventionally.The dengzhanhuasu group were given 4-week interavenous drip of dengzhanhuasu on the basis of routine treatment.The changes of blood glucose,plasma insulin and blood lipid were measured before and after treatment.Results After dengzhanhuasu treatment,insulin sensitivity index was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Dengzhanhuasu can improve the insulin resistance in the patients with CHD and bear great clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of the diseases involved with insulin resistance. |
