| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清α1-酸性糖蛋白水平在肺癌患者的应用价值。方法:采用速率散射比浊法在贝克曼库尔特IM-MAGE 800型全自动特种蛋白仪上检测46例肺癌患者治疗前后和40名健康体检者血清α1-酸性糖蛋白水平。结果:肺癌患者治疗前血清α1-酸性糖蛋白水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),通过治疗后血清α1-酸性糖蛋白显著下降(P<0.01)。结论:检测血清α1-酸性糖蛋白对肺癌患者的诊断和预后判断有重要价值。
