不同学历层次护生幸福感的调查研究

目的了解不同学历层次护生的幸福感水平、状况和各自特点，为进一步对不同学历层次的实习护生有的放矢地开展心理健康教育提供可靠依据。方法采用总体幸福感量表（GWB）和自制的一般人口学资料问卷，对某大学护理学院2008年中专116人、大专381人、本科79人，共计576人进行问卷调查。结果大专和本科护生的总体幸福感得分比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），而中专护生的总体幸福感得分明显高于大专和本科护生（P〈0．05）。不同性别、生源、经济状况、收入来源、贷款情况的护生总体幸福感得分比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05），采用民主型教养方式的护生总体幸福感得分明显高于放任型的护生（P〈0．05）。结论不同层次护理专业学生的主观幸福感存在差异，应加强对大专、本科护生心理健康教育的指导。
