| Abstract: | Analysis of 5 patients with gallbladder tuberculosiswho had open cholecystectomy and review ofliterature have shown that, although still rare it presentsas a part of systemic miliary tuberculosis,abdominal tuberculosis, isolated gallbladder tuberculosisand as acalculus cholecystitis in anergicpatients. There are no pathognomonic signs, thediagnosis depends on suspicion of tuberculosis, peroperativefindings and histological examination. |
