| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工耳蜗植入手术围手术期的护理常规,以期促进聋儿的术后听力言语康复。方法对行人工耳蜗手术的34例患儿进行术前、术后护理。结果所有人工耳蜗植入患儿手术成功,未出现并发症。人工耳蜗植入后的助听听阈为20～40dBHL。结论积极有效的护理措施是保证手术成功的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the perioperative nursing routines for cochlear implantation candidates and to promote the hearing and speech rehabilitation after the operation. Methods Thirty-four cochlear implant patients received the preoperative and postoperative nursing.Results All the surgeries were successful without complications.
