针刺治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

目的观察针刺治疗老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法将24例患者随机分为针刺组和药物组,针刺组取患侧夹脊穴,并根据病情配以其他穴位,药物组口服止痛药,肌肉注射营养神经药。结果经过4个疗程治疗,针刺组总有效率为91.6%,药物组为83.3%。结论针刺组总有效率明显优于药物组,疼痛明显减轻,甚至消失,无复发。

Observations on the Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture on Senile Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on senile postherpetic neuralgia.Methods Twenty-four patients were randomly allocated to acupuncture and medication groups.In the acupuncture group,Huatuojiaji points were selected on the affected side and other points,according to the patient’s condition.The medication group took analgesics and received intramuscular injection of neurotrophic agents.Results After 4 courses of treatment,the total efficacy rate was 91.6% in the acupuncture group and 83.3% in the medication group.Conclusion The total efficacy rate is significantly higher in the acupuncture group than in the medication group.In the former,the pain is obviously relieved or even disappears and does not recur.
