| 摘 要： | 目的:测定复方葛斛胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)。色谱柱为C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水为流动相,检测波长为250nm。结果:葛根素在0.104~1.04μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为98.73%,RSD为0.69%。结论:HPLC法快速、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To determine the contents of puerarin in Fufang Gehu Capsules. Methods： HPLC method was adopted and a C18 column （200mm×4.6mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water.The detection wavelength was at 25Onto. Results： The calibration curve of puerarin was linear in the range of 0.104-1.04μg （r=0.9999）, the averge of recovery was 98.73%, RSD=0.69%. Conclusion： The methods is quick and accurate, can be used for quality control of Fufang Gehu Capsules. |
