某院2010年-2013年视网膜母细胞瘤病人统计分析

目的 探讨某院2010年-2013年视网膜母细胞瘤出院患者逐年增长情况,患者年龄构成、发病原因、影响因素和预防等.为医院合理配置医疗资源和科室建设规划提供依据.方法 收集某院2010年-2013年视网膜母细胞瘤患者每年出院人数及年龄分组情况.结果 视网膜母细胞瘤出院患者逐年增加,其中,0-1岁患者1810人,占该病出院病人总数的28.12％;2-3岁患者2870人,占该病出院病人总数的44.59％;8岁以上患者250人,占该病出院病人总数的3.88％.结论 目前对视网膜母细胞瘤尚无有效的防范措施,但加强对经过治疗的患者及有家族史的家庭定期随访是一项积极的防范措施,还可通过开展遗传咨询和产前诊断来减少患儿的出生,减轻家庭的经济负担及精神压力.

Statistical analysis of our hospital from 2010 to 2013 retinoblastoma patients

The results of retinoblastoma patients increased year by year, 0-1 years old, 1810 patients with the disease, accounting for 28.12% of the total number of discharged patients; 2-3 years old in 2870 patients, the disease patients accounted for 44.59% of the total; 8 patients over the age of 250, accounting for 3.88% of the total number of patients discharged from the disease. Conclusion the retinoblastoma is no effective preventive measures, but to strengthen the treated patients and those with a family history of the family of regular follow-up is a positive preventive measures, but also to reduce the birth of children through the development of genetic counseling and prenatal diagnosis, and reduce the economic burden of the family pressure.
