| 摘 要： | 目的总结药物治疗肾功能衰竭合并肾性贫血透析患者的临床护理体会。方法选择慢性肾功能衰竭并肾性贫血的血液透析患者60例，对其进行促红细胞生成素（EPO）及静脉补铁等治疗，同时给予严密的病情观察及用药、饮食等精心护理。结果本组患者血常规指标均转为正常，贫血等症状明显改善，未发生透析治疗相关并发症。结论药物治疗肾功能衰竭透析治疗中的肾性贫血，同时给予相关护理干预，能明显改善患者贫血状况，提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize ciinical nursing experience of dialysis patients with renal failure and renal anemia by drug therapy. Methods Totally 60 cases of chronic renal failure and renal anemia hemodialysis were selected, they received erythropoietin （EPO） and intravenous treatment such as filling iron,and at the same time were given strict observation and drug use,diet and meticulous care. Results Among patients routine blood indexes into normal, anemia and other symptoms improved, did not happen dialysis related complications. Conclusion Drug treatment for kidney failure dialysis treatment of renal anemia, and at the same time give related nursing intervention, can significantly improve patients with anemia situation,and improve the quality of life of the patients. |
