| 摘 要： | 脂肪组织是体内最大的游离胆固醇储存池,而且对血循环胆固醇代谢起缓冲作用。脂肪细胞胆固醇代谢与其对甘油三酯的储存密切相关,胆固醇可能作为感应脂肪细胞能量储存状态的细胞内信号分子,参与介导肥大脂肪细胞所出现的一些代谢功能异常。

| Abstract: | Adipose tissue is the largest pool of free cholesterol in the body and performs "buffer" function for circulating cholesterol metabolism. Cholesterol metabolism in adipocytes is closely associated with triglyceride storage. Cholesterol might serve as an intracellular signal moleculer of the adipocyte energy store and mediate some metabolic dysfunctions of enlarged adipocytes. |
