| 摘 要： | 用早孕绒毛进行产前诊断正日益广泛开展。本文通过培养基加用Hepes液后,明显提高了分裂相出现率及可供分析率。用1％低渗构橼酸钠液,改善了染色体形态和分散状态。提出绒毛取材时间以孕6～7周最适宜。对10例染色体病风险急者做了产前诊断,认为孕早期绒毛产前诊断是可行、准确和安全的。

| Abstract: | Prenatal diagnosis by chorionic villi sampling is being extensively developed. In this paper, after the addition of Hepes to the medium, the occurrence and analysable rates of mitotic phases are apparently increased. The 1% sodium citrate solution has been proved to be favourable in the improvement of morphological figures and dispersion of chromosomes. The time for sampling is suggested between 6-7 gestation weeks. Prenatal diagnosis has been carried out in 10 cases with suspected hereditary chromosomal diseases. Through preliminary observation of prenatal diagnosis by chorionic villi sampling in early pregnancy, the method is useful, accurate and safe, which will show a wide prospect for further carrying on works of eugenics and family planning. |
