| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压患者血液流变学的变化规律及对预后的关系.方法对96例高血压组患者进行血液流变学指标测定,并与50名体检健康者为对照组作比较分析.结果两组进行比较有统计学意义,主要有:(1)全血粘度、全血还原粘度在中、低切及红细胞聚集指数明显增高,与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P＜0.01);(2)红细胞压积、全血还原粘度在高切有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论血液流变学及各项指标检测与高血压有密切关系,并对临床诊断、药物疗效和预后观察具有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation between hemorheology and the prognosis in hypertension patients.Methods The hemorheology indexes were determined and analyzed between the hypertension group composed of 96 patients and the control group composed of 50 healthy persons.Results The result shows obvious differences.(1)Whole blood viscosity,the whole blood reduced viscosity in middle and low shear situation and red blood agglutination index are significant higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).(2)Hemotocrit,whole blood viscosity and the whole blood reduced viscosity in high shear situation were obvious changes(P<0.05).Conclusions The hemorheology indexes were intimately related with hypertension.It is important to diagnosis,drug effect and prognosis. |
