| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨红景天苷对慢性心力衰竭SD大鼠心肌细胞凋亡及凋亡相关基因Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达的影响。方法：制备SD大鼠慢性心力衰竭模型，随机分为红景天苷高、中、低剂量组（40mg／kg、20mg／kg、10mg／kg）、卡托普利组、模型组和空白组，给予相应的药物干预，8周后观察心肌细胞凋亡指数，免疫组织化学方法检测·22肌细胞Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达变化。结果：与模型组比较，红景天苷高、中剂量组及卡托普利组Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；红景天苷低剂量组Bcl-2蛋白表达量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），Bax蛋白表达量差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；与卡托普利组比较，红景天苷高、中剂量组Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达量差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；红景天苷低剂量组的Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达量差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：红景天苷20mg／kg剂量抗心肌细胞凋亡，抑制心力衰竭作用效果最佳，与卡托普利作用相当，再增加剂量作用不明显。
