| 摘 要： | 基于当前急性脑损伤得不到有效纠正的矛盾,对当前缺血性中风急性期病机的进行了研究与思考。提出从脏腑基本病机出发,从方法论的角度,重新认识缺血性中风急性期的病机。并从清腑开窍、清心开窍、清化痰瘀、清肝熄风、清热滋阴多层次着手论治,以尽快复脑清灵之性、元神之主,以尽快促进缺血性脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复;并以颜氏清脑2号方为代表,具体诠释了"脑病宜清"在缺血性中风急性期的应用。 |

Preliminary Study to the Pathogenesis of Acute Ischemic Stroke |

| Abstract: | For the circumstance that many patients of acute brain injury can not be effectively remedid,we do a study on the pathogenesis of acute ischemic stroke,in a set of effective methods to repair the acute brain injury in acute ischemic stroke.Focused on the basic pathogenesis Zang-fu organs and methodology,this paper provides a guide for recognizing the pathogenesis of acute ischemic stroke in valid way,and treating the stroke in a multi-angle and multi-level way.Finally take "Yan Shi Qingnao2hao fang" for example to explain how to use it. |
