| 摘 要： | 干燥综合征(SS)是一种系统性自身免疫病,主要累及外分泌腺,中医学称其为"燥痹"。结合SS临床特征及临证辨治的体会,认为气虚失运、阴虚内热和血瘀津亏等导致清窍失润、脏腑失养是SS的主要中医病因病机。

| Abstract: | Sjogren’s syndrome(SS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease,affecting mainly the exocrine glands,such as salivary gland and lacrimal gland.According to the clinical manifestations,this disease falls into the TCM categories of ’dry-Bi(痹)’ due to consumption.Based on our own recognitions of the pathogenesis,connecting with our clinical practice,the pathogenes was considered as founding on deficient in Yin,dryness toxicity and static blood intermingle and disorder of distribution of body fluid.Distribut ion of body fluid leads to failure of moistening of clear orifices and malnutrition of Zang Fu organs. |
