不同血压水平的电针镇痛效应观察

目的]观察不同血压水平下电针镇痛的效应差异。方法]将成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、正常血压A组、正常血压B组、低血压A组和低血压B组。以腹腔注射复方降压片复合足跖部注射福氏完全佐剂（sigma）建立低血压复合慢性炎症痛模型（以下简称血压AA模型）,同时建立正常血压复合慢性炎症痛模型。采用机械刺激缩足阈（PWMT）作为痛阈指标。观察电针治疗前后各组大鼠的痛阈变化。结果]造疼痛模型后,炎侧痛阈值明显减小（P〈0.05）;对正常血压A组和低血压A组进行电针治疗后,减小的痛阈值明显翻转（P〈0.05）,且该效应在低血压A组强于正常血压A组;而不做电针治疗的正常血压B组和低血压B组痛阈无明显变化（P〉0.05）。结论]不同血压水平下电针镇痛效应具有差异性。在低血压水平下,电针的镇痛效应更强。

Observasion on Eiectroacupuncture Analgesic Effects under Different Blood Pressure Levels

Objective] To observe the differences of Electroacupuncture analgesic effects under different blood pressure levels.Methods] Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into a blank control group,a normal blood pressure group A,a normal blood pressure group B,a hypotension group A and a hypotension group B.With intra-peritoneal injection of reserpinecom pound tablets compositing injection of complete Freund’s adjuvant(CFA) into the rear to establish hypotension compositing chronic inflammatory pain model(hereinafter referred to as the blood pressure AA model),meanwhile establish normal blood pressure compositing chronic inflammatory pain model.And paw withdrawal me-chanical threshold(PWMT)was used as pain threshold index.Observe the changes of pain threshold due to the Electroacupuncture treatment in all the groups.Results] After the pain modeling,pain thresholds significantly shortened on the inflammatory side;The shortened pain thresholds in rats of the normal blood pressure group A and the hypotension group A after Electro-acupuncture treatment were significantly reversed,and the curative effect on hypotension group A are stronger than that on the normal blood pressure group A.But in the normal blood pressure group B and the hypotension group B,who didn’t take the EA treatment,PWL did not significantly change. Conclusion] There are differences among electro-acupuncture analgesic effects under different blood pressure levels.Electro-Acupuncture analgesic effects are stronger under hypotension.
