海桐皮汤熏蒸结合仰卧拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病

目的]探讨颈部海桐皮汤熏蒸结合仰卧拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法]2009年2月至2011年3月期间,将门诊160例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。治疗组采用中药熏蒸结合仰卧拔伸手法治疗,对照组采用坐位枕颌带牵引,观察患者颈部疼痛、上肢麻木等改变情况。结果]治疗组有效率明显优于对照组,经卡方检验,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论]中药熏蒸结合仰卧拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病有良好的疗效,能舒筋活血止痛,缓解颈部肌肉痉挛,既有药理作用又有物理作用、经济简便,疗效确切。

Haitong Skin Decoction Fumigation Combined with Manipulation Treat Nerve Root Cervical Spondylosis

Objective] To observe the effect of TCM fumigation combined with manipulation on nerve root cervical spondylosis.Method] Randomly divide 160 cases into treatment group and control group,both n=80.The treatment group take the said combination method,the control group,sitting position for pillow-jaw belt traction;observe their cervical pain and upper limbs numbness.Result] The treatment group was better than control one on effective rate,with difference of statistical meaning.Conclusion] The combination method had good cure effect on the disease above,can relax the muscles and stimulate the blood circulation,relieve cervical muscle spasm,not only with pharmacological function but physical function,economical,simple,with correct cure effect.
