摘    要:目的]建立脑得生片物质组的含量测定方法,并考察不同厂家脑得生片物质组体外释放特征。方法]以紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)法测定并计算各供试品溶液的物质组浓度及释放度,并采用Weilbull分布进行处理,考察不同释放度测定装置、不同释放介质和不同转数对脑得生片物质组释放度的影响及不同厂家脑得生片物质组释放度。结果]100min时2个不同厂家的脑得生片物质组的累积释放百分率分别为98.54%、109.97%;主要释放特征参数:A厂T50=(52.85±4.68)min,Td=(56.75±4.66)min,B厂T50=(61.30±2.67)min,Td=(69.13±3.09)min。结论]不同厂家脑得生片物质组释放度可用UV-Vis法进行研究。

Study on the Materiomic Release Kinetic Profiles of Naodesheng Tablets of Different Manufacturers by UV-Vis

Abstract:Objective] To establish n UV-Vis method for determination of materiomic in Naodesheng tablets and to study the materiomic release kinetics among different manufacturers.Method] To determine and calculate the materiomic release percentage of each sample solution of Naodesheng tablets and to analyze with Weilbull.Then to optimize the best release test devices,rotation speeds and release mediums and to investigate the discrepancies in materiomic release kinetic profiles of different manufacturers.Result] The relative materiomic accumulative release percentage of Naodesheng coated tablets which manufactured by factory A and B were 98.54% and 109.97% respectively,which released within 100 minutes at the conditions of the paddle method,water as release medium,75 r/min rotation speeds,the temperature at 37 ± 0.5℃.The average T50 of Weibull Distribution of the materiomic release profiles were 52.85 ± 4.68 and 56.75 ± 4.66 min respectively,and the average values of Td were 61.30 ± 2.67 and 69.13 ± 3.09 min respectively.Conclusion] The evaluation methods of materiomic release kinetics of TCM apply to the study of materiomic release of Naodesheng tablets.
