白附子混悬液对H_(22)荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长抑制作用及对免疫器官功能的影响

摘    要:[目的]研究白附子混悬液对H_(22)细胞的抑瘤效应及其对免疫器官(胸腺、脾脏)功能的影响。[方法]用不同浓度的白附子混悬液(SGIR)给H_(22)实体瘤模型小鼠进行灌胃治疗,测定各组小鼠肿瘤生长抑制率(IR)和胸、脾指数。[结果]白附子混悬液能够明显抑制H_(22)细胞的生长,抑瘤率为39.14%,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01);给予白附子混悬液825mg/(kg·d)治疗能够促进荷瘤小鼠胸腺的发育,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),接近正常对照组水平,模型组小鼠脾指数与正常对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]白附子混悬液对H_(22)细胞的生长有明显的增殖抑制作用;白附子混悬液对H_(22)细胞的增殖抑制作用可能是通过促进荷瘤小鼠的胸腺发育,从而达到调节荷瘤机体的免疫功能。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the relationship between antitumor efficacy of SGTR in H22tumor bearing model mice,probe into the immunological mechanism of SGTR inhibiting tumor’s growth.[Methods]The different dose of SGTR was douched to H22 tumor bearing model mice by oral,we observed the tumor growth inhibitory rate(IR)and the index of thymus and spleen.[Results]The result showed that the tumor growth inhibitory rate (IR)of SGTR WERE obviously different.Compared with the model group,the tumor growth inhibitory rate was 39.14%;825mg/(kgod) of SGTR can accelerate thysum growth,it had statistics meaning compared with model group,and it closed to the level of model control group,compared with noral control group,the spleen index of mice in model group had no siginificant differences.[Conclusion]The SGTR had antitumor effect,the optimum dose was 825mg/(kg·d),the tumor growth inhibitory rate was 39.14%.SGTR can regulate thysum growth,The immunosuppressive state of the tumor mice was regulated.
