| 摘 要： | 目的:观察介入治疗对宫颈癌组织caspase-3的影响,探讨介入治疗前后宫颈癌细胞凋亡的规律,指导宫颈癌介入治疗后进一步治疗时机的选择。方法:50例接受双子宫动脉灌注栓塞化疗术的ⅠB2-ⅡB期宫颈鳞状细胞癌病例,在介入治疗前、介入治疗后第7天、14天和21天4个时间点行病灶活检,采用免疫组化法检测caspase-3的表达。结果:介入治疗前宫颈癌组织caspase-3的表达低于介入治疗后(P<0.05);介入治疗后第7天,宫颈癌组织caspase-3表达低于介入治疗后第14天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);介入治疗后第21天,宫颈癌组织caspase-3的表达低于介入治疗后第14天,高于介入治疗后第7天,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:介入治疗可以显著促进ⅠB2-ⅡB宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织caspase-3的表达,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,是进一步治疗的适宜时机。
