针刺治疗产后尿潴留20例的体会

目的：观察针刺治疗产后尿潴留的临床疗效,探讨临床经验.方法：取关元、中极,进针后小幅捻转,出现针感并向大腿根及会阴部传导后,再刺双合谷、血海、阴陵泉,得气后留针45min.结果：一次治愈14例,2次愈3例,好转2例,失败1例.结论：针刺治疗产后尿潴留效果满意,值得推广 在行针时要有＂气至病所＂的针感向大腿根及会阴传导的感觉.
